Cascade Lodge

This is one of the absolute best places one can call home while visiting Bend, Oregon. If you are lucky enough to meet Bobby or his son you will be treated as royalty. These people have a heart. They have one of the finest hotels in this town. The accommodations are the best one can hope for. My girlfriend and I stayed there for about 5 month while waiting on permanent housing. Other places we stayed at were given reviews that reflected their poor services. Thank you Bobby for such a pleasant stay!

My stay at the hotel was very good. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was neat and organized, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend it to others.

Treated with actual real hospitality. Kind, friendly staff. I had had a very rough day and was in pretty severe physical pain, and was upgraded to a spa room. That jacuzzi tub was life saving. Have stayed before and will continue to stay when I need a room in Bend.

Staff was very kind, was given an upgrade since we have stayed there ample times in the past few months. Room was spacious, had a jetted tub, two TV's, was really nice after a long day at work for me and my wife.

There's no place else I would rather go sell be in Bend Oregon while I'm there it is at Cascade Lodge they treat you with it almost kindness and they are always bending over backwards for me and I'm sure as well as for some of the others that stay.here I stay here. I'm sure they're very valued business in Bend Oregon to stop by check them out they're worth a visit.

People were friendly from the start, rooms were great, remodeled, i believe they are still remodeling which is great to see in smaller properties, because some places just do not care. However, the staff, location, and surrounding environment shows that the owners take pride of the property.

This place restores my faith in humanity. I, Myself, admitted to these fine folks that I messed up. I booked the room for the wrong day. And you know what they did? They were actually genuinely understanding of the situation and wanted to make it right. How can you rely on a robotic system to help you in your time of need? You can’t. But these are real people. They actually cared. I was honest with them, single father trying to provide for his family on a work trip who booked the wrong day on accident, and they followed through… not only did they follow through and transfer over the funds I paid for originally to another room on the day I was planning on to be there, they upgraded me to a nicer room with a Jacuzzi tub… why? Because these are original human beings here, and they actually care about other human beings, and want the best for them. I can’t even describe in words how much this means at a time like this in history, it’s the little things that really matter, and to me this was no small thing. So I say to you people who are looking at this review in this moment, trying to get a room for the night, but not trying to break the bank at the same time. Look no further, this is what it looks like to truly support a local business that goes the extra mile for you to rest easy. I almost tear up writing this. It’s the little things that matter. Stay true. Stay positive. And stay here.

Cascade Lodge is the best way to visit Bend on a budget and still depend on clean rooms and good service. The property is not far from downtown and the Old Mill District if you are in a car. That said, there are quality, well-rated restaurants (Phô Viet, Don Gabino's), grocery stores, and coffee within walking distance or a short drive away.
